We grind the mushrooms into a fine powder before measuring the precise amount required for a microdose. We add 50mg of ginger to each capsule to help with any stomach discomfort. We offer two strengths, just like our gummies. “Micro” dose (125mg) for the average user, and “Low” dose (250mg) for the experienced user, or for those who need a higher dose.
